If you want a consultation, ask about the next available appointment, the fee, and your preferred location. If you are asking about a particular remedy, have the product name, potency, and brand available so you can describe it accurately. Confirm availability and whether a consultation is needed before travelling. This website is not a live stock list or an online shop.
You do not need to choose a remedy before booking a first consultation. You can start with practical questions and decide whether you would like to arrange a visit.

What to ask about fees
Ask for the total you should expect before agreeing to an appointment. A useful first message is: “I’m looking for an initial consultation in Surrey. What is the fee, what does it include, and when is the next appointment?”

- What does a follow-up appointment cost?
- What payment options are available?
- If you plan to claim benefits, what receipt can the clinic provide?
Confirm insurance eligibility with your own insurer, including its practitioner requirements and any limits, before counting on reimbursement. A directory category or a receipt alone does not establish coverage.
Speak in English, Punjabi, or Hindi
Both Dr. Harinder Pandher and Dr. Davinder Pandher offer consultations in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Tell us the language you prefer when arranging your appointment. If you have a practitioner preference, mention that too so the clinic can confirm availability.
If you are helping a parent or another family member book, you can begin by asking about location, language, and cost. The clinic can explain what participation or consent is needed for the appointment. You do not need to send a detailed health history in the initial booking message.
